The client is an internationally operating and leading manufacturer of nutritional food bars, serving customers worldwide with exclusive recipes for diet, sports, and functional food bars.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Line Supervisor / Team Leader, you are responsible for arranging everything on your production line together with your team of approximately 17 employees, ensuring quality, safety, and a clean working environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily production activities and managing your team.
• Supporting employees with absenteeism, training, and development.
• Keeping your team's training matrix up to date.
• Contributing to weekly planning and process optimization.
• Providing input for performance reviews and evaluations.
• Ensuring full compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and working conditions.

This is a long-term employment opportunity with work of 36 hours per week in a 5-shift schedule (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off).

Shift Hours:

• • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Breaks: 1 hour per day (breaks are paid).

In addition to the salary, employees recieve an additional shift allowance of +€5.00

Overtime & Weekend Rates:

• • Overtime (after 40 hours): +40% extra
  • Saturday: 1.35x rate
  • Sundays and holidays: 2.0x rate

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a team leader (preferably within a food production environment), along with experience checking quality and familiarity with MS Office or ERP systems.
• Food Production Standards: Due to food safety regulations, no jewelry, fake nails, nail polish, or excessive makeup are permitted on the production floor.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to work in different shifts with a partner and willing to share the accommodation with other tenants.
