About the Role

Can you ensure that the delivery drivers can leave the depot without a single hitch? As a Night Shift Loader/Expedition Employee, you play an essential role in the core logistics process. Starting from 22:00, you and your close team of colleagues will make sure everything is completely prepped for a successful start to the next working day.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Efficiently collect and gather goods throughout the warehouse.
• Loading: Load outgoing trailers and box trucks securely.
• Unloading: Unload incoming freight safely using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).
• Sorting: Carefully sort and organize arriving goods to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

The role offers a competitive salary between €15.63 and €17.58 per hour (aligned with the collective labor agreement CAO TLN Beroepsgoederenvervoer, Scale C). This is a highly varied role within a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment, and a warm, supportive, and engaging atmosphere within a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Good communication skills in either English or Dutch.
• Mindset: An active, accurate, and hands-on work ethic. You are a true team player who can also work well independently.
• Certifications: Holding a valid forklift, reach truck, or EPT certificate is a major advantage.
