VDL Staalservice is part of the strong VDL Group, delivering high-quality metalwork for leading customers in the automotive, defense, and simulation industries. For welders who prefer stable serial production, consistent hours, and a modern workplace, this is an excellent opportunity.

We are looking for a MIG/TIG Welder Stainless Steel to join the team at VDL Staalservice. The role focuses on serial production of stainless-steel frames used in high-end machines for the food industry.

You will weld different thicknesses depending on the process:

• 15 & 10 mm → MIG welding
• 6 & 4 mm → TIG welding

This is not the most difficult welding job, but it requires someone who can weld cleanly, efficiently, and consistently. You will be expected to work at a good pace and maintain high quality standards. Reading and understanding technical drawings is essential, as accuracy and repeatability are key.

Job Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in MIG/TIG welding (stainless steel)
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Precise, efficient, and comfortable with serial production work
• Motivated to work long-term and “make meters” in production
