The company specializes in the production and powder coating of metal components. With modern coating lines for both small and large series, the company aims for high-quality standards and an efficient flow of the production process.

Job Description

Your daily tasks and core responsibilities will include:

• Preparation: Preparing products for the powder coating process.
• Handling: Hanging metal components securely onto production and coating lines.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products thoroughly to ensure they meet the established high-quality standards.
• Safety: Strictly adhering to safety regulations and actively contributing to a safe, clean working environment.

Hourly rate is 14.99 EUR/h gross. Workers get paid for shift work, 130% per hour = it is 16,90 EUR gross for every worked hour.

NET SALARY is €465 per week (Note: This net weekly salary is calculated after the deduction of housing and health insurance costs).

Employees will work in a structured environment around a 3-shift system.

Requirements

• Work Experience: Previous experience in a physically demanding job, ready and willing to perform manual work.
• Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work on a 3-shift rotation schedule.
• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
