About the Role

As a Hanger (Production/Logistics Employee), you will play a hands-on, vital role in preparing metal components for their protective surface treatments. This is an active, varied role where precision and steady, manual work keep the production lines moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Hanging & Racking: Carefully mount and place small metal parts onto production racks to prepare them for the anodizing and coating processes.
• Pre-Processing Prep: Ensure all raw metal components are clean, organized, and properly positioned for the treatment lines.
• Packing & Unpacking: Safely unpack arriving raw materials and securely package finished, treated products under quality guidelines.
• Shipping Logistics: Sort and prepare completed customer orders for final dispatch and transportation.

The salary for the role is €14.71 gross per hour (for candidates aged 20+) with a stable schedule (a single daytime shift from 08:00 to 16:45, Monday through Friday)), leaving your weekends completely free.

Standard daily breaks are integrated into the routine (1 hour unpaid break per full shift). Quality agency accommodation is arranged for you locally in Veenendaal (located approximately 11.6 km from the job site).

Requirements

• Language Skills: Competent communication skills in either English or Dutch.
• Mobility: A valid B-category driving license is required.
• Commitment: Available for long-term employment (a minimum stay period of 4 months is required, though longer cooperation is highly desired).
• Work Ethic: An active, reliable, and precise mindset with strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols.
