Metal Production Machine Operator (ZAMAK) (from €480 net per week) in Netherlands

Job description

As a ZAMAK Machine Operator, you will work with machines that produce precision metal components. ZAMAK is a metal alloy that is injected under high pressure into a mould to manufacture accurate components used, among other things, in security products.

You will be responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly and ensuring that the products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up, and adjusting ZAMAK production machines
• Monitoring the production process
• Performing quality checks on manufactured components
• Identifying and, where possible, resolving machine malfunctions
• Assisting with installing and removing moulds
• Supplying materials and removing finished components
• Performing basic technical work on the machines
• Recording production data
• Keeping the machines and workplace clean and safe

Requirements:

• You have good technical understanding and enjoy working with machinery
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a machine operator, production operator
• You work accurately and pay attention to product quality
• You are comfortable investigating and solving minor technical problems
• You work responsibly with machines and materials
• You can work independently as well as within a team
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• Experience with die casting, moulds, injection moulding, or metalworking is an advantage but not mandatory
