Meat Production Worker With Experience (Clean Criminal Record) Boxtel, in Netherlands

Job description

The client is a meat production company located in Boxtel that produces processed meat products, including sausages and hams, for industry and retail. Encebe has produced deli meat products for supermarkets for almost a century and focuses on high-quality meat-based deli products, including traditional Dutch products as well as newer organic and plant-based assortment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Grinding meat for sausages and mixing ingredients and spices.
• Preparing bacon, neck, and ham products.
• Placing and removing trolleys from smoking and cooking chambers.
• Packing meat into plastic packaging and labeling products.
• Packing cartons and stacking pallets.
• Removing sausages from moulds and foil before cutting.

A standard, 36-hour work week. Typical starting time is 06:00 – 14:45.

Allowances and Overtime:

In the schedule below you can see on which working times you will get which extra allowance.

• 06.00 – 19.00 100%
• 19.00 – 22.00 117%
• 22.00 – 04.00 135%
• 04.00 – 06.00 117%

Work on Saturday:

• 5 days work and work on Saturday but less than 36 hours 120%
• 5 days work and work on Saturday but more than 36 hours 145%
• 6 days work and work on Saturday but less than 36 hours 137,5%
• 6 days work and work on Saturday and more than 36 hours 162,5%

Work on Sunday 180%

Overhours Monday until Friday after 36 hours are paid 125% or after 9 hours a day.

Requirements

• Experience: Mandatory experience in a production environment in a factory; preferred in food/ meat.
• Environment: You will be working in a cold environment (average temperature of 5–7°C).
• Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding role; you should be comfortable standing and performing manual labor for extended periods.
• Product Handling: Candidates must be comfortable working directly with processed meat.
• Flexibility: We require flexibility regarding starting times and availability.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom).
• Partners: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner.
• Clean Criminal Record document has to be submitted to work.

Before starting work the Agency will take you to a health check-up to obtain a certificate to work in food industry in the Netherlands (valid 5 years).
