Job description

Start your career at Lidl Online’s distribution center in Venlo, where online orders for non-food items (home appliances, garden products, clothing, and more) are prepared.

You’ll be part of a modern warehouse team ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.

All candidates need to be flexible to work in rotation of shifts and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading, repacking, packing, and sorting products
• Performing quality control checks
• Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for shipment
• Prepare orders for shipment by stacking items and wrapping pallets in plastic;
• Other related tasks.

The base salary for the role is €14.42 gross/hour but with all allowances, the hourly wage amounts to €17.19 gross/hour (incl. holiday allowance & reserves)

The Shift allowances are the following: Mon–Fri (20:00–22:00) → +25%, Mon–Fri (22:00–06:00) → +50%, Saturday (06:00–18:00) → +30%, Saturday (18:00–06:00) → +50%, Sunday (all shifts) → +50%

Employees get weekly payment directly on their accounts. Transport to and from the workplace is free (drivers earn €2.50/day, up to €12.50/week). Employees also get free S3 safety shoes and vest.

Requirements:

• Available for at least 6 months
• Certificate of good conduct (VOG, not older than 6 months)
• We expect flexibility from future employees; their work position could be changed depending on the customer's request
• Mandatory work during Christmas & Easter, first holiday possible after 12 weeks
• Experience with EPT, reach truck, or combitruck is welcome (certificates can be arranged after training)
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
