Junior Construction Plumber (€535 - €575 net per week) Rotterdam area, in Netherlands

Job description

We are looking for young, motivated Junior Construction Plumbers for a long-term project installing sprinkler piping systems on wide slab floors. The work is physically demanding and repetitive, mainly involving pressing Henco pipes between reinforcement (rebar) structures. You will spend a significant amount of time working on your knees and performing manual tasks throughout the day.

This role is ideal for candidates who are physically strong, reliable, and willing to perform hands-on construction work daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Install sprinkler piping systems on construction sites
• Press Henco pipes between rebar structures
• Perform repetitive manual work with precision
• Maintain safety standards on site
• Work closely with a team on large-scale projects

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in plumbing OR construction/utility building
• Physically strong, fit, and able to handle repetitive manual work
• Willing to work on knees for extended periods
• Basic technical understanding
• Stable CV with relevant experience only (no unrelated jobs like warehouses/production)
• Ability to clearly explain previous tasks (photos of previous work are a strong plus)
• Hands-on mentality and strong work ethic
• Willing to commit long-term
• VCA-B certificate (optional, can be arranged after arrival)

Important: Education is not the main focus — proven practical experience and the right attitude are also very important.

Employment Details

• Salary: €15–16 gross/hour – approx. net salary: €535–575 per week
• Project duration: 1+ year
• Working hours: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
