Industrial Painter in Shipyard (€550–€600 net per week) Zwijndrecht, in Netherlands

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Painter to join our team at the shipyard. This is a varied and hands-on role involving work on both existing and newly built ships.

Your tasks will include:

• Industrial cleaning of ships
• Working with large paint rollers
• Sanding, degreasing, and derusting surfaces
• High-pressure cleaning of ships, tanks, and loose parts
• Painting and preserving various items using brushes, rollers, or paint sprayers
• Assisting paint sprayers with preparation and supplying materials
• Supporting general shipyard duties when there are no active painting tasks
• Ensuring a clean and tidy working environment

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial painter in a shipyard
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Proactive, accurate, and quality-focused work attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €550–€600 net per week (depending on experience)
• 40-hour work week
