Industrial Painter / Airless Spray Painter (€550 – €600 net per week) in Netherlands

Our client is a well-established steel construction and metalworking company. Their skilled professionals provide complete in-house solutions for construction and fabrication projects, from technical drawings and certified welding to blasting, coating, and transport. The factory is equipped with modern machinery, including CNC press brakes and shears, pulse welding machines for stainless steel and aluminum, band saws, punching machines, plasma cutters, and specialized lifting equipment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Industrial Painter / Airless Spray Painter to join the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Applying industrial coatings using HVLP and airless spray systems
• Spraying 2-component coatings
• Preparing surfaces through masking and other pre-treatment activities
• Blasting and spraying containers and heavy steel structures
• Working with a variety of projects and coating specifications
• Supporting blasting activities when required

Important Notes

• Industrial painting only – no car painting
• No glass bead blasting
• No powder coating
• Work is highly varied and not repetitive
• Painters and blasters regularly alternate between tasks

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Painter or Airless Spray Painter
• Experience painting containers is a strong advantage
• VCA certificate and forklift certificate are preferred (or willingness to obtain them)
• Proactive, accurate, and quality-focused attitude
