Job description

We are looking for handymen to join our Concrete Department for a modular housing project in Lopik, the Netherlands. This role focuses on pouring concrete into pre-made forms, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish, and bridging iron mats — key steps in creating durable modular homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Pour concrete into prepared molds for modular house construction
• Ensure proper leveling and finishing of concrete surfaces
• Assist with setting up forms and reinforcing steel as required
• Perform quality checks to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience on a construction site, experience with concrete is needed
• (Please note: this is a handyman-level position, not a concrete carpenter role)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and reliable – this is a long-term project, ideal for those seeking stability
• Occasional overtime may be available
• Own car for transportation – big advantage
