Our client is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality wooden pallets and customized wooden packaging materials.

Operating in a dynamic production and storage facility, the site relies on an efficient logistics team to supply materials to production lines,

manage outdoor storage areas, and handle daily loading and unloading operations.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will play a key role in keeping the production flow seamless while prioritizing efficiency, workplace safety, and strong teamwork.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Material Supply & Transport: Transport packs of raw wooden materials directly to the production department and collect finished wooden pallets for storage or transport.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using a specialized forklift.
• Specialized Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift equipped with double forks to move multiple pallets or large packaging units efficiently.
• Drying Chamber Operations: Assist in filling and emptying drying chambers with wooden inventory.
• Yard & Warehouse Logistics: Perform auxiliary transport and organizing tasks across both indoor warehouse zones and outdoor storage yards.
• Teamwork: Coordinate closely with other forklift drivers, warehouse staff, and production operators.

Introduction Period (First 2 Weeks): Day shift pattern from 07:30 to 16:30 for onboarding and operational orientation.

Regular Schedule (After 2 Weeks): 2-shift system (36 hours per week average) with every other Friday off:

• • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 23:00

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications: A valid forklift certificate is strictly mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a Forklift Driver, specifically with experience operating double-fork attachments.
• Work Ethic & Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy production environment, customer-oriented attitude, and a strong team-player mindset.
• Availability: Fully flexible to work in a 2-shift rotation and handle outdoor storage tasks.
