Job Description:

Are you a dough virtuoso who thrives under the sun and the heat of a wood-fired oven? This isn't just a kitchen job; it’s about performing your craft in a vibrant, vacation atmosphere where quality and speed go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality pizza dough from scratch, ensuring perfect fermentation, texture, and consistency daily.
• Manage the entire pizza station, from prepping fresh Mediterranean ingredients and signature sauces to final plating.
• Operate and maintain professional pizza ovens (wood-fired or stone), controlling temperatures to ensure a perfect bake every time.
• Maintain a high pace of production during peak service hours without compromising on presentation or food safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and floor staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for resort guests.
• Uphold strict hygiene (HACCP) standards and monitor stock levels to ensure only the freshest ingredients are used.

The salary for the role is €1,200–€1,500 net/month, depending on your previous experience. In addition to this, you'll have the chance to live and work in one of the world's most beautiful holiday destinations.

Taxes and health insurance are included, as well as the board and airport transfer.

The accommodation is in a 2-person room and is free of charge. In this position, you will also get three warm meals daily from hotel restaurants.

All candidates work six days a week, from Monday to Sunday, for 48 hours per week. There is a possibility of earning additional income through promotion.

Requirements:

• Mandatory previous experience, must have real, hands-on experience as a pizzaiolo;
• They must fully master the process: dough preparation, sauces, toppings, baking, and workflow (tested during the interview)
• Willingness to live and work with other nationalities;
• Availability to stay in Greece for six months.
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
