Job Description:

Hollander is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join the team. Candidates will be responsible for efficiently and accurately handling fresh produce within the warehouse, working in a cold environment.

Ready for a very physically heavy job – have to unload containers by hand, 750 KG per container. Later, the option to get EPT, but in the beginning, by hand.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting products with a scanner.
• Checking orders for accuracy and quality.
• Packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Performing tasks efficiently in a warehouse environment with a temperature of around 3-7°C.
• Using a voice-speak system.

The starting salary is €14.85 per hour, increasing to €15.20 per hour after one week of training, plus 125% pay for evening shifts and 150% for night shifts.

Requirements:

• Good English (B1 level) or Dutch/Polish communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (3-7°C).
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physically fit.

Safety shoes with a steel toe are required. Employees can bring their own, or purchase them from the agency.
