CNC Turner (DOOSAN and Fanuc experience) (€600 net per week) in Netherlands

Job description

W.D.H. Cylinders B.V. specializes in the production of custom-made hydraulic cylinders, rotary joints, piston accumulators, and precision machining for the maritime and industrial sectors. The company is known for its high-quality engineering solutions and precision manufacturing.

As a CNC Turner, you will play an important role in the production of high-precision components using the DOOSAN 700 XLY CNC machine with Fanuc controls. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing machining processes for large-scale products.

Working closely with the team, you will ensure high standards of quality and precision while contributing to the repair, overhaul, and modification of mechanical components.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up and configuring the DOOSAN 700 XLY CNC machine for production.
• Operating CNC machinery for large-scale components while maintaining precision and quality.
• Monitoring machining processes and adjusting machine parameters to meet specifications.
• Assisting with repair, overhaul, and modification of products when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace according to company standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe production.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for precision machining.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC turning or large-product machining.
• Experience with machine setup and operation.
• Experience with DOOSAN machines and Fanuc controls is a strong advantage.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong focus on precision, quality, and craftsmanship.

Terms of Employment

• Salary: €600 net per week
