CNC Miller Programmer (Experience with Heidenhain) (€550 – €580 net per week) in Netherlands

As a CNC Miller / Programmer, you will produce highly precise and complex components using 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC milling machines. The work involves small production series (up to 40 pieces) made from a wide range of materials, including exotic alloys. The products you will manufacture range from small precision parts (30 mm) to large components up to 6000 mm.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently produce high-precision and complex parts based on technical drawings and production instructions.
• Program and operate CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls.
• Perform intermediate quality checks using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Work together with other CNC millers to create detailed production planning.
• Determine the correct tools, speeds, feed rates, and cutting parameters based on product geometry.
• Contribute ideas to optimize the production process and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with 3-axis CNC milling machines.
• Experience with Heidenhain programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and cooling/lubrication systems.
• Ability to program the machine independently.

Terms of Employment

• Salary: €550 – €580 net per week (depending on experience)
