Cleanroom Operator / Technical Production Employee (€560 net per week) Bergeijk, in Netherlands

Job description

We are looking for a precise and technically minded Cleanroom Operator / Production Employee to join our professional production team.

You will work with high-quality metal components in a controlled cleanroom environment. Your main responsibility is to make sure products are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, correctly packaged and prepared for shipment according to strict quality standards.

Your responsibilities

• Working in a Grade 2 cleanroom according to clothing and hygiene procedures
• Thoroughly cleaning metal products and components
• Inspecting components using blacklight to detect contamination or irregularities
• Performing quality checks according to work instructions
• Sterile packaging of cleaned products
• Preparing customer orders for shipment
• Checking production planning and order deadlines using a tablet
• Reporting defects or deviations
• Keeping your workplace clean and organized
• Depending on your experience, performing technical assembly based on drawings

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in metal production, technical production, assembly, quality control or a similar technical environment
• Cleanroom experience is an advantage, but not required
• Stable working history
• Technical affinity and comfortable working with metal components
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Able to work accurately and independently
• Comfortable following strict procedures and work instructions
• Experience reading technical drawings is an advantage
• Willingness to work in two shifts

Salary & Conditions

• €560 net/week after all deductions
• 38 working hours per week
• Weekly rotating two-shift schedule:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
  • Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 22:30
  • Friday afternoon shift until 20:30

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys precise, structured work and pays attention to small details. You don't necessarily need previous cleanroom experience — candidates from metal production, technical assembly, manufacturing or quality-control backgrounds are also welcome.

The most important thing is that you are careful, technically minded, quality-focused and comfortable following clear procedures.
