One of our clients, a dynamic and growing property management company based in Arnhem, is looking for a reliable Cleaner to join our dedicated team.

The client specialises in managing and maintaining high-quality, fully furnished homes for expats throughout the Netherlands. As part of a close-knit team of six colleagues, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy a worry-free living experience in impeccably maintained properties.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the complete upkeep and cleanliness of the homes within our portfolio. Your role involves a mix of routine maintenance and high-standard deep cleaning between tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Floor & Surface Care: Expert vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting all surfaces.
• Specialised Deep Cleaning: Executing intensive "turnover" cleans when tenants move out.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting any issues or repair needs discovered during cleaning.
• Property Support: Occasionally assisting with light tidying or property inspections.

This position offers a gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,800, depending on your experience. Additionally, a company car or van is provided, including for your daily commute. If you need it, shared-room accommodation can also be arrenged in the Arnhem area.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in property cleaning.
• Driver’s License: A valid Category B driver’s license is mandatory.
• Reliability: An accurate, independent, and highly reliable work ethic.
• Availability: Ready to work between 32 and 40 hours per week.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
