Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Production and Packaging Employee, you play a vital role in ensuring our cheese products are prepared and shipped with precision and care.

• Packaging & Slicing Support: You will be responsible for packaging various types of cheese and supporting the cutting processes to prepare products for shipping. You will work in a clean, modern, and high-tech environment where efficiency is key.
• Quality Control & HACCP: Maintaining the highest food safety standards is our top priority. You will perform daily quality checks and utilize your knowledge of HACCP guidelines to ensure every product meets FrieslandCampina’s rigorous standards.
• Team Collaboration: You will work closely with a proactive team to ensure the production process runs smoothly. Safety, quality, and teamwork are the pillars of our working environment in Leerdam.

This role offers a stable working environment with excellent financial incentives for our team members. The base hourly rate is €16.25 (Monday–Friday), with shift allowamces and overtime ( 30% extra after 36 hours.

Saturdays come with 30% extra until 15:00 and 60% extra from 15:00–22:00.

Sundays and Holidays are 120% extra until 22:00; 40% extra from 22:00–00:00.

At the company, employees work in a 3-shift schedule (Morning: 07:00-15:00 / Afternoon: 15:00-23:00 / Night: 23:00-07:00).

Requirements

We are seeking accurate, proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

• Commitment: Looking for long-term employment with a minimum stay of 4 months.
• Mindset: A proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality control and safety.
• Driving License: While not mandatory for everyone, 1 out of every 3 candidates should have a valid driving license.
• Requirements: Must be 20+ years of age.
