Job description

Wasserij van der Kleij is looking for experienced Category C Truck Drivers with a valid Code 95. We are particularly interested in drivers who are confident navigating city centers and busy urban environments.

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting hotel and restaurant linen. All linen is processed in our own laundry facility and transported in roll containers. You will load your vehicle from the logistics department, deliver clean linen to customers, and return used linen for processing.

This is a stable, long-term position within a family-owned company that values its employees and offers plenty of working hours.

What You Will Do

• Deliver and collect hotel and restaurant linen
• Load and unload roll containers
• Drive planned routes, including city-center locations
• Ensure timely and professional service to customers
• Work closely with logistics and laundry departments

Working Hours

• Start time: 06:00 AM
• Finish time: Between 03:00 PM and 05:00 PM, depending on traffic and workload

Requirements

• Valid Category C driving licence
• Valid Code 95
• Good driving skills and confidence in city-center traffic
• Reliable and motivated attitude
• Willingness to attend an on-site interview and ride-along day

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly wage: €17.23 – €18.00, neto estimated weekly salary – €525 – 600
• Weekly year-end bonus: 5.33%
• Overtime payment:
  • Above 36 hours: 112.5%
  • Additional overtime: Up to 125%

Training & Onboarding

• Personal interview at the company location
• Ride-along day with an experienced colleague to assess suitability for the role
• Training period of approximately 1–2 weeks alongside experienced drivers before receiving your own route
