Boat Laminator (€520 net per week) Zwartsluis, in Netherlands

Job description

We are looking for experienced Boat Laminators to join a company in Zwartsluis specializing in the production of polyester boats and sloops. You will work indoors on the complete laminating and finishing process, from preparing molds to the final quality inspection.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing molds, materials and boat components
• Laminating polyester boat components
• Working with resins, polyester and composite materials
• Applying vacuum techniques when required
• Sanding, filling and finishing laminated components
• Carrying out polyester repairs and finishing work
• Maintaining molds and production materials
• Reading technical drawings and work instructions
• Performing final quality inspections
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe

Requirements

• Proven professional experience laminating boats is required (at least 1 year)
• Experience with polyester and composite materials
• Knowledge of laminating and finishing techniques
• Technical understanding of the laminating process
• Able to work accurately and independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with production work
• Reliable and quality-focused attitude
