Are you technically skilled and looking for a stable job in production? We are looking for a responsible Machine Operator for the blasting department.

As a Blasting Machine Operator, you are responsible for the correct and safe operation of the blasting machine. You play an essential role in ensuring consistent product quality and a stable production process.

Incorrect operation or maintenance can lead to quality loss or downtime, so precision and responsibility are key.

Your Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Blasting Operations

• Assessing products based on size, weight, and hanging method
• Hanging and positioning products in the blasting machine
• Checking machine settings and blasting media
• Preparing the workplace according to safety regulations

2. Operating the Blasting Machine

• Starting, operating, and monitoring the blasting process
• Monitoring machine performance during production
• Intervening in case of deviations or malfunctions
• Ensuring an even and consistent blasting result

3. Unloading and Inspection

• Removing products from the blasting machine
• Performing visual inspections for damage and uniformity
• Identifying quality deviations
• Consulting with team leader or quality control when necessary

4. Maintenance and Technical Care

• Performing daily and periodic maintenance
• Cleaning the machine and components
• Reporting technical wear or malfunctions
• Cooperating with maintenance staff when needed

Requirements

• Technical insight and production experience
• At least 2 years of similar experience as a machine operator
• Experience with blasting machines is a big plus but not mandatory
• Responsible and accurate working attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Awareness of safety regulations

• 2-shift system

Salary

• Approximately €500 net per week after deductions
