Our client is looking for charismatic bartenders to shake, stir, and pour their way into the hearts of guests across our diverse range of premium clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Craft & Creation: Prepare classic cocktails expertly and create innovative new ones.
• Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm welcome, take orders with a smile, and provide expert drink recommendations.
• Quality Service: Prepare and serve drinks efficiently, accurately, and always with a strict focus on quality.
• Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area.
• Team Support: Step in and help out your colleagues in different hospitality departments whenever required.

The salary for the role adds up to approximately €520 net per week based on a standard 38-hour workweek.

All candidates will have an online interview on the Willow interview platform. Depending on your skills and knowledge, the agency will place you to work for one of their clients.

Requirements

• Experience: A strict minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a bartender or mixologist.
• Team Mindset: A reliable team player with the ability to collaborate smoothly within a diverse, international team.
• Accommodation: Willing to share a room with another tenant.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work in the hospitality field;
• Available to stay in the Netherlands for a long time.
