The Role

As a Baker, you will be responsible for the heart of our production process. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Production Excellence: Setting up and operating modern bakery equipment while adhering strictly to the production schedule.
• Quality Control: Weighing and mixing ingredients, and assessing dough consistency to ensure optimal results for every batch.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting minor issues and utilizing your technical aptitude to keep operations running smoothly.
• Workspace Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to meet food safety standards.

The salary for the role is a gross hourly wage of €15.93. with additional generous compensation for non-standard hours:

More specifically:

• • 138% between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
  • 139% between 3:00 AM and 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience working as a baker or within the food industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
• Certifications: Possession of an EPT or forklift certification is a significant plus; however, we are happy to help you obtain these later.
• Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts.
• Logistics: You must have personal transportation and be able to commute to our Maastricht location.
