Job description

Our client is looking for motivated candidates for hands on assembly work in a technical and manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities involve the assembly and wiring of control cabinets. While experience in electrical engineering is considered a plus, it is not strictly required, and this position does not require an electrician’s license. Assembly experience, motivation, and communication skills are the most important qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and installing control cabinets and electrical switchgear based on technical documentation.
• Installing internal electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, terminals, and other components.
• Wiring control cabinets according to schematics.
• Routing, preparing, and labeling wires.
• Crimping wire terminals and making connections.
• Installing mechanical components, cable trays, and mounting plates.
• Checking the correctness of the installation and connections using basic hand tools.
• Performing simple measurements and quality control when required.
• Working in strict accordance with instructions and technical documentation.

The working hours are from 8:15 to 17:15, with a basic net starting salary of €452 net for 40 hours (after costs and taxes).

Requirements

• Experience: Preferred eperience in assembly, for example assembling car parts, or experience assembling on production line.
• Skills: Ability to use basic hand tools, and technical thinking, attention to detail.
• Traits: Interest in technical things, motivation, reliability, and punctuality.
• Flexibility: Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual, hands-on production work.
• Focus: Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive manufacturing tasks.
• Mentality: Good teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate with colleagues in a multicultural environment.
