Our client is looking for motivated Assembly Employees for a plastic manufacturing company in Waalwijk.

As an Assembly Employee, you are responsible for assembling semi-finished components into finished products and preparing these products for shipment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assembling semi-finished components into finished products.
• Packing products manually or using packing machines.
• Checking products for quality, quantity, and possible damage.
• Placing finished products on pallets and wrapping the pallets.
• Sealing boxes and applying labels and stickers.
• Moving full pallets and containers using a pallet truck.
• Correctly registering packed quantities.
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized.
• Following company procedures regarding safety, quality, and environment.

(Note: Work is mainly performed while standing and can include bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.)

In addition to the base salary, employees earn a 18.5% shift allowance.

Employees will work in a 3-shift rotation:

• • Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 13:45 – 22:00
  • Night shift: 21:45 – 06:00

Requirements

• Experience in production/ assemvly or similar role;
• Willing and able to work in a 3-shift system.
• Comfortable with physically active and standing work.
• Works accurately and pays attention to product quality.
• Able to follow work and safety instructions.
• Reliable and motivated.
• Good command of English or Dutch.
• Willing to share a room with other tenants and work in different shifts from partner
