Are you an experienced logistics professional looking for a dynamic, full-time role? As an All-Round Warehouse Worker at our client, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring everything in the facility runs safely, efficiently, and smoothly.

This is a diverse role where you will balance operating machinery with essential ground-floor logistics. Together with a collaborative team, you will maintain an organized, productive environment and directly contribute to the seamless supply chain of both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Machinery: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks using both forklifts and reach trucks.
• Quality Control: Check and verify incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
• Inventory & Order Management: Assist with diverse, value-added warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, customized packaging, and returns processing.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace to uphold company safety standards.
• General Operations: Participate in general warehouse activities and team assembly tasks as needed.

The salary for the role us €16.00 to €18.00 gross per hour, tailored to your experience level. High-volume hours are rewarded with an overtime rate of 125%, and candidates can attend fully-funded certificate training courses to expand their logisitics skillset.

The job has a [redictable full-time hours from Monday to Friday (07:00 – 17:00), allowing for a great work-life balance.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience working as a forklift and/or reach truck driver.
• Certifications: A valid forklift or reach truck certificate. (Note: If you only hold one of these certificates, we will sponsor and provide the training course for you to obtain the other!)
• Language Skills: Conversational proficiency in English to communicate effectively with the team.
• Attributes: A proactive attitude, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and a willingness to handle both driving and manual warehouse tasks.
