Looking for a hands-on warehouse job with stable hours and international experience? EDCO in Eindhoven is hiring reliable Pick/Packers to join their dynamic team. You’ll be part of a well-structured logistics operation for one of Europe’s biggest import/export wholesalers.

EDCO is an international trading company offering 20,000+ products across categories like household goods, tools, toys, electronics, sports, and more. Clients include major retailers, wholesalers, and department stores across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Manually fold and fill product displays with precise quantities
• Unpack boxes and prepare goods for shipment
• Unload containers and stack goods on pallets
• Operate combi trucks or EPTs for internal transport
• Count and organize items with accuracy and speed

The salary for the role is €14.40 gross/hour, however, experienced employees will get a base salary of €14.42 gross/hour and can reach €14.64/hour with allowances. Shifts are from Monday to Friday (07:00–16:00) with extra overtime pay. Transport is also provided from Eindhoven (30–45 min)

Overtime:

• 125% after 40 hours
• 150% (Saturday)
• 200% (Sunday/holidays)

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• Flexible with working hours;
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods;
• Team spirit and motivation to work independently;
• All-round employee who can be deployed in multiple departments
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.

• Basic English skills (speaking/understanding)
• Valid EPT certificate
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks quickly
• Available for at least 6 months
• Willing to work independently—no couples, friends, or groups
• Must arrive 10 minutes before each shift
