We are currently looking for experienced TIG Welders for various reliable clients across the Netherlands. We offer stable, long-term employment opportunities for skilled welders who can work independently, read technical drawings, and produce high-quality, precise welds.

Depending on the company and project, you may work with stainless steel, aluminum, or carbon steel, producing components for machinery, industrial installations, piping systems, metal structures, and other technical applications.

We are particularly interested in all-round TIG welders who can not only weld but also prepare, fit, and assemble metal components according to technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality TIG welding (process 141) according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Welding stainless steel, aluminum, or carbon steel, depending on the project.
• Preparing, positioning, fitting, and assembling metal components before welding.
• Working with pipes, tubes, plates, frames, or other metal components.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Checking dimensions, alignment, weld quality, and finished products.
• Grinding, cleaning, and finishing welds when required.
• Ensuring clean, accurate welds that meet quality standards.
• Following workplace safety procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional TIG welding experience.
• Good ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, or carbon steel.
• Ability to produce clean, precise, and consistent welds.
• Experience with assembly, fitting, and preparation of metal components is a strong advantage.
• Able to work independently and follow technical specifications.
• Stable and relevant work history.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Responsible and motivated attitude toward work.
• Welding certificates are an advantage but not always required – practical skills and experience are most important.
