We are looking for skilled welders to join our new client’s steel department. As a Steel Structures Bench Worker / Welder you will be responsible for assembling and welding book frames, collectors, and other steel structures such as speed gates, machine constructions, and base frames for the transport sector.

Precision and reliability are key, as the welded components often form part of larger structural systems. You’ll work in a team of around eight colleagues, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld book frames, collectors, and other steel structures.
• Perform bench work such as grinding, drilling, tapping, and sawing.
• Read and work independently from technical drawings.
• Contribute ideas for product and process improvements.

Your Profile

• You have basic technical education.
• Equivalent experience (at least 2 years) preferably in construction or metalwork.
• You can read and understand technical drawings, follow instructions, and work independently.
• MIG/MAG welding certificate level 2 (stainless steel + aluminum).
• Team player with a focus on quality and precision.
