Join a leading convenience food production facility in Warmenhuizen specializing in fresh, high-quality ready-meals, pizzas, and commercial salads. This stable, long-term operation spans 5 specialized production departments including fresh fruit lines, pizza assembly, and salad preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Line Production: Assist in the assembly, sorting, and processing of fresh ingredients across automated production lines (fruits, vegetables, pizzas, and salad components).
• Quality & Packing: Ensure fresh goods are portioned accurately, visually checked for quality metrics, and packed securely for retail distribution.
• Climate Management: Comfortably execute responsibilities inside a modern, climate-controlled workspace with a crisp temperature maintained between 4°C and 8°C (cold-environment financial allowance built directly into your hourly wage).

The salary for the role is €15.66 gross per hour (€15.05 base + €0.55 ADV + €0.06 cold allowance) The facility runs a stable, alternating two-shift system designed to keep retail supply lines running smoothly:

• Morning/Day Shifts: 06:00 – 15:00 or 07:00 – 16:00.
• Evening/Night Shifts: 15:00 – 23:00 or 16:00 – 00:00.

Shift allowances:

Mon–Fri: +15% (18:00–22:00), +30% (22:00–07:00)

Saturday: +50% (07:00–12:00), +100% (12:00–18:00), +115% (18:00–22:00), +130% (22:00–07:00)

Sunday: +100% (07:00–18:00), +115% (18:00–22:00), +130% (22:00–07:00)

Public holidays: Up to +230% premium

Overtime: +25% after 40 hours on weekdays, +100% on weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Minimum B1 level communication skills in either English or Dutch to coordinate safely with supervisors.
• Work History: Strong preference for reliable candidates who demonstrate a stable, consistent employment background.
• Physical & Logistics Criteria: Ability to work efficiently in cooled zones and a minimum height of 165 cm to safely operate production line machinery.
• Experience: Previous food production background is a plus, but not mandatory—comprehensive, paid on-site training is fully provided.
• Commuting: Possession of a valid Category B driving license or full willingness to commute to the facility via bicycle.
