The client is a globally recognized logistics leader that manages large-scale supply chains, warehousing, and goods distribution across the world. In their specialized processing facilities, they focus on high-efficiency recycling and return-logistics, handling everything from retail crates to beverage inventory.

Your Role

You will play a vital role in processing and recycling various return goods, including plastic PET bottles, beer crates, cans, and crates of expired food. New team members are trained across different departments to handle a variety of tasks:

• Loading & Unloading: Manually loading and unloading incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Sorting & Organizing: Sorting heavy roll cages and moving inventory across the facility.
• Belt Operations: Placing heavy beer crates onto fast-moving sorting belts.
• Machinery Support (Optional): If you have experience, you may have the opportunity to drive a "mono" (ride-on pallet truck) to help unload arriving trucks.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Your schedule will vary across four main shift blocks:

06:00 – 15:00 | 12:00 – 21:00 | 14:45 – 23:45 | 21:15 – 06:15

Earn massive extra hourly bonuses on top of your pay during early mornings, evenings, and weekends:

• Monday to Friday (06:00 – 07:00): +35% bonus (€19.44/hour)
• Monday to Friday (19:00 – 00:00): +35% bonus (€19.44/hour)
• Monday to Friday (00:00 – 06:00): +45% bonus (€20.08/hour)
• Saturdays (All day): +50% bonus (€21.60/hour)
• Sundays & Public Holidays (All day): +100% bonus (€28.80/hour)

What We Are Looking For

• Physical Strength: This is very heavy work. You must be comfortable with standing all day and handling constant lifting of around 20 kg throughout your shift. The beer sorting team is particularly demanding and requires strong talents with solid experience in intensive physical labor. (Note: We also have slightly lighter sorting departments available, making this open to various strength levels).
• Certificates (Big Plus): Do you have a valid forklift (heftruck) certificate? Let us know if you have one and are willing to operate a forklift on the floor!
• Clean Criminal Record: You must provide an official clean criminal record document (VOG/background check) that is not older than 6 months during the application process.
• Flexibility: You need to be comfortable with a highly flexible schedule. You won't work just one specific shift; schedules can change daily. We do our best to group the same shifts together within a single week, but daily flexibility is expected.
