Are you looking for hands-on work in a supportive, international team? Join Udea, a leading wholesaler of organic food, natural drugstore products, and sustainable non-food items. As a cutting/production worker, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality fresh vegetables for distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Cut fresh vegetables for various organic food products
• Wash, dry, and mix vegetables into end products (e.g. soup mixes)
• Clean and organize your workstation
• Help prepare and package products
• Collaborate in a friendly team with diverse nationalities

Note that the salary is €14,40/hour, and work is performed in a cold environment (~5°C), with proper clothing and boots provided. In addition to the base wage, employees will also receive cold work allowance (€0,48/hour), Holiday allowance (+10.5%), and extra pay for irregular hours.

These are:

• +40% (Night/early morning shifts Mon–Sat, 00:00–06:00; Sun–Fri, 23:00–00:00)
• +25% (Evening shifts Mon–Fri, 19:00–23:00; Sat, 15:00–23:00)
• +50% (Sundays and late Saturday nights)
• +100% (Holidays)

Working hours are Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:00, or until the day’s work is completed.

Requirements:

• Good work ethic and reliable attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable in cold conditions
• English or Dutch level B1
• Detail-oriented and team-friendly
• Flexible with hours and tasks
