We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work in Veghel for one of the top agencies in the Netherlands.

As a Facilities Coordinator you are responsible for the Agency accommodation where foreign temporary workers live. Your job is to ensure that accommodation locations are well maintained and that temporary workers know who they can turn to when they need help. You take care of everything from A to Z: from welcoming new residents to a clean and safe place to live, to making sure a bicycle is ready for them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend a lot of time at accommodation locations to welcome new residents, help with practical questions, and clarify expectations during their stay.
• Inspect locations for safety, cleanliness, and technical issues, while checking that house rules are followed and actual occupancy matches planning.
• Solve issues independently where possible or involve the right colleague.
• Manage mobility by issuing and collecting bicycles and cars, keeping administration up to date, and checking vehicle conditions.
• Coordinate any damage, defects, or maintenance requirements with colleagues.

A starting salary of €2,700 gross per month, with plenty of room to grow within the salary scale. Because part of your working hours will fall outside regular working hours, you will receive an additional 10% allowance on top of your salary.

If you make use of the Agency accommodation, they offer you a 25% discount on the rent.

This is a varied role with plenty of freedom, responsibility, and on-the-road travel instead of sitting behind a desk all day.

Requirements:

• CV in English with relevant work experience and a stable career;
• Ability to communicate easily in English, minimum B2 (Dutch is a plus).
• Relevant experience as a housing coordinator or team leader or similar;
• An interest in accommodation, facility services, and supporting residents.
• Availability to work throughout the Veghel to North Limburg region.
• A category B driving license and enjoyment of being on the road.
• A practical mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Accurate work habits with a strong sense of overview.
• A social, approachable demeanor and the confidence to act when agreements or house rules are not followed.
• Ability to identify problems at an early stage and contribute to solutions.
• Looking for a long-term, stable position in the Netherlands.
