Are you an experienced Empty Container Handler Operator or do you have experience operating heavy container handling equipment? We are looking for motivated candidates to join a leading international logistics company at one of Europe's largest container terminals. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent working conditions and career development.

As an Empty Container Handler Operator, you will be responsible for transporting, loading, unloading, and stacking empty shipping containers while ensuring safe and efficient depot operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate an Empty Container Handler (ECH)
• Load, unload, transport, and stack empty containers
• Carry out daily machine inspections
• Check containers for damage, cleanliness, and correct labelling
• Record operational activities using a tablet
• Report equipment faults and safety issues
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth depot operations

Requirements:

• Experience operating an Empty Container Handler (ECH) or similar heavy machinery
• Good understanding of container handling and safety procedures
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
• VCA Basic certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

What we offer:

• Salary: €18.18 – €20.65 gross per hour. Estimated net salary after all deductions of €540–€600 per week, depending on experience

• Two-shift schedule (Monday–Friday):
  • 05:45–14:00
  • 13:45–22:00
