Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company specializing in precision-machined components for the aerospace industry. The company works with advanced CNC machinery and produces complex metal parts that must meet extremely high quality and accuracy standards. You will work in a professional production environment where precision, technical expertise, and attention to detail are essential.

Currently they are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join the production team. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision components for the aerospace industry. The work requires exceptional accuracy, including machining to tolerances as tight as 0.001 mm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Setting up, clamping, and adjusting CNC lathes for various machining operations.
• Operating CNC machines with Siemens 840D or similar control systems.
• Preparing materials, tools, and fixtures required for production.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and machining specifications.
• Checking whether previous machining operations have been completed correctly and reporting deviations.
• Measuring and inspecting finished components using precision measuring instruments.
• Checking measuring equipment and ensuring proper calibration.
• Performing quality checks and approving completed parts for the next production stage.
• Following production documentation and registering information in ERP systems.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven recent experience as a CNC Turner, preferably in high-precision machining.
• Experience with Siemens 840D CNC controls or similar systems.
• Experience working with extremely tight tolerances (0.001 mm).
• Good knowledge of metal machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Ability to independently set up and adjust CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and machining instructions.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and performing quality checks.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and ERP software.
• Technical education or equivalent practical experience in metalworking.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Accurate, responsible, and quality-focused working attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €650 net per week, based on 40 working hours.
