Job Description

Have you ever worked in an insect protection screen company? If not, no worries—virtually nobody has! No prior work experience is required; what matters most is your eagerness to learn and work hard.

As an Assembly Employee, your core responsibilities will include:

• Assembling aluminum frames
• Measuring the correct size of the gauze
• Testing finished screens to ensure proper functionality
• Packaging end products for delivery

During your first month, you will receive comprehensive training from experienced colleagues to help you master the role and work independently like a PRO.

Work in a nice, clean production facility and in addition to the base gross hourly wage, enjoy the following allowances and overtime structures:

Allowances & Overtime:

• • Standard hours (Monday–Friday): 100%
  • Overtime (exceeding 40 hours per week): 146.63%
  • Saturday overhours: 146.63%

Holiday Money: 8.00% gross (calculated on normal hours), paid out weekly with your salary.

Weekly salary paid out on Fridays (with the first payment at the end of your second week, so please bring sufficient funds for personal expenses initially).

Requirements

• True desire to learn, grow, and work hard within a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to put in extra hours during peak production periods.
• Sufficient initial financial provisions for your first two weeks before the first payroll disbursement.
• Willing to share a room with other tenants and willing to work in different shifts with partner.
• Clean Criminal Record document has to be submitted to work.
