Our client, Topvorm Prefab, is looking for production workers to join their team in Terneuzen, the Netherlands!

Topvorm Prefab B.V., founded in 2006, specializes in prefabricated roofs, dormers, and HSB walls for residential projects in the Netherlands. Based in Terneuzen, Zeeland, the company operates a modern CNC-equipped facility and employs over 90 people, generating €15-20 million in annual revenue. In 2020, Anders Invest acquired a 50% stake, recognizing its market leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden elements such as frames, insulation, and other construction components;
• Perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line to contribute to the final product;
• Work in a spacious hall with variable temperatures (dress accordingly);
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday;
• Other related tasks.

The starting salary for this position is €14.85 – €16.29 gross per hour, depending on experience.

Work is scheduled from Monday to Friday, with several breaks throughout the day, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Smoking is only permitted during designated break times.

Requirements

• A CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;

• Experience with wood (professional or hobby-related);
• Ability to read and interpret work drawings;
• No allergies to insulation materials;
• Video meeting with the client is mandatory before starting;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
