We are looking for a Working Logistics Supervisor to join a modern and dynamic slaughterhouse in Groenlo. You’ll be at the heart of logistics, coordinating the daily flow and working side by side with your team.

You’ll be working for a modern slaughterhouse that meets the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and efficiency. Serving both domestic and international markets, the company values its logistics team as a key part of daily operations. As a Working Supervisor, your leadership will be crucial to ensuring everything runs on time and to standard.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the logistics team on the floor
• Participate in daily tasks such as loading, unloading, and transport
• Plan and distribute daily duties efficiently
• Check and verify incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout logistics operations
• Communicate with production, dispatch, and quality departments

The salary for the position starts from €16 – €20 per hour (based on experience), offering a possibility for a long-term career in a growing, relaible company.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisior in logistics or meat processing
• Valid B category driving licence
• Strong communication skills in Dutch or English
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to manage and support a team
• Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
