Linden BV is a leading specialist in air treatment solutions, serving industries with the toughest environmental demands. From cabin air quality systems to engine filtration and cooling fans, Linden's products protect both people and machines.

We are currently looking for motivated and On-Site Assembly Mechanics to join their team. You'll be on the front lines, assembling cutting-edge systems for top brands like Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Volvo — directly at client sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel daily to customer locations for on-site assembly of air treatment systems
• Assemble and install technical equipment primarily in the recycling industry
• Represent Linden BV in a professional and client-focused manner
• Use a company-provided VW Transporter van with full toolset
• Report to the warehouse in Lienden as needed (home base)
• Workdays typically run from 06:00–17:30, all travel and working time is fully paid

Job Requirements:

• Technical background (e.g., mechanics, HVAC, hydraulics, car/trailer mechanics)
• Similar experience (at least 2 years)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible attitude – no 9 to 5 mentality
• In possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Physically capable of handling heavy-duty work
• Knowledge of hydraulics and HVAC systems is a plus

What We Offer:

• Salary: €17.50–€21.50 eur gross/hour (starting on lower end with opportunity for quick increase)
• Weekly working hours: 40–50 hours
• Accommodation: Private single room in a shared Dutch house

• All working hours paid, including travel time

Additional Information:

• Projects typically last 2 days at customer sites
• Candidates will have a video or in-person interview before starting
• The first working day serves as a trial/test day
