For our client ENERPAC, we are looking for a CNC Support Operator – Machine Drilling to strengthen the production and machining team. In this role, you will support daily workshop operations and carry out basic machining activities, with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general workshop support and assist with machining activities
• Operate drilling machines according to specifications
• Prepare materials and workpieces for production
• Remove chips and handle waste disposal
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Support the production team where needed in daily operations

Candidate profile

• Valid forklift certificate is required
• Experience in a production or machining environment
• Technical insight and affinity with metalworking
• Willingness to learn and further develop machining skills, especially drilling
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and workplace organization

Employment conditions

• Net salary: €560–€660 per week based on 40 hours
• Approx. €1 per hour reserved and paid out during leave or at the end of employment
• Accommodation provided (private bedroom)
• Travel to work is at employee’s own expense, with €0.23/km reimbursement when using a private car, or a company car may be provided
• Protective boots and tools are provided
