As a Steel Worker, you’ll play a key role in the construction of high-end yachts, working on steel penetrations and ventilation supports. Your tasks will be guided by detailed 3D technical plans, accessible via tablet. You'll be responsible for executing precise welding work and installations according to project specifications. You will live and work in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret 3D technical drawings.
• Position and weld steel penetrations to ceilings or walls (4-point stick welding).
• Install supports for ventilation channels.
• Follow daily briefings and instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Experience as a steel worker, preferably in shipyard environments (at least 2 years).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Physically fit and prepared for hands-on work.
• Willingness to commit to long-term employment and skill development.

Salary & Compensation

Net Salary (based on experience level and 47 working weeks/year):

• Starter: €560 – €580/week (€26,320 – €27,260/year)
• Experienced: €580 – €620/week (€27,260 – €29,140/year)
• Multi-functional: €620+/week (€29,140+/year)

Salaries are net and paid weekly to your bank account. Annual amounts are estimates based on full-year availability.
