You will work in a professional industrial laundry facility that handles hotel and restaurant linen, including bed sheets, towels, table sheets, and napkins. No previous experience is required, though a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.

Departments & Roles

Sorting Department

• Language Requirement: Polish or English speaking.
• Tasks: Sorting dirty hotel and restaurant laundry (mainly bed sheets and hotel linen), placing sorted laundry into bags or chutes for the washing process, and working with gloves.
• Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding, repetitive position requiring a good physical condition and a hands-on mentality.

Hotel Department

• Preferred Profile: English-speaking female candidates.
• Tasks: Handling clean hotel bed sheets, placing larger sheets correctly onto hooks for the ironing machine, ensuring proper positioning, managing ironed sheets after proper training, and organizing finished sheets into containers. Lighter work compared to sorting.

Towel Department

• Preferred Profile: Polish or English-speaking female candidates.
• Tasks: Placing clean towels onto the folding machine, overseeing the folding process, packing folded items, placing finished towels into containers, and keeping the workplace clean and organized.

In addition to the base salary, employees get an additional €0.34 allowance for every hour worked.

Requirements

• General Traits: Reliable, motivated, and eager to work long term.
• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition, comfortable with standing and repetitive tasks.
• Skills & Qualifications: Able to follow instructions. Production or laundry experience is welcome but not required; no certificates or special qualifications are needed.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share room with other tenatns and work in different shifts with partner.
