As a CNC Laser Operator, you will work alongside two colleagues to ensure the correct production of parts using a Bystronic 6kW fiber laser with automatic changing tables.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and optimize 2D laser cutting machines for processing stainless steel, aluminum, and steel plates.
• Store finished products in the warehouse.
• Stock laser machines and ensure material availability.
• Monitor and improve product and process quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of processed materials.
• Package and label finished products.
• Assist with workflow optimization within the department.
• Perform first-line maintenance on machines.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.

Job Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Completed technical training.
• Experience with logistics processes (preferred).
• Experience operating CNC-controlled machines (no programming required).
• Knowledge of laser cutting techniques (preferred).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• VCA safety certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Willing to work in two shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €560 – €580 per week (40 hours worked)
