We are urgently seeking certified welders with valid welding certificates (stamped every six months) and a VCA/SCC certificate. Candidates must have their own Adflo welding helmet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading technical drawings and welding instructions to determine required weld shapes and dimensions.
• Checking workpieces to ensure they meet specifications in terms of shape, dimensions, and cleanliness.
• Welding using various methods, including electric, CO2 (mechanized), MIG/MAG, with materials such as steel and stainless steel (solid and filled wire).
• Performing FP and DP welding, which will be tested through external NDT inspections.
• Ensuring weld quality by maintaining the correct preheating temperature, preventing cracks, binding errors, and penetration notches.

Additional Tasks:

• Moving and clamping workpieces.
• Gouging and regrinding seams.
• Removing welding spatter and brushing welds.
• Inspecting welds for accuracy, deformation, and adherence to required dimensions.

Requirements:

• Valid welding certificates (stamped every six months).
• VCA/SCC certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Own Adflo welding helmet.
• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• Ability to work independently and read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility – ready to work overtime/shifts.
