Our client, VDH, is seeking a skilled and reliable Reachtruck Driver to join their team in a cold storage warehouse located in Breda – Hazeldonk. This facility specializes in the storage and handling of citrus fruits, maintaining a consistent temperature of approximately 2°C. To support candidate comfort and safety, the company will provide thermal clothing during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a reachtruck
• Load and unload pallets of citrus fruits
• Transport goods within the cold storage facility
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of products
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Work independently and contribute to a fast-paced team environment

Note that the salary for this role is  €15.69 per hour, and that the client is planning on making immediate hires.

Requirements:

• Valid Reachtruck Certificate (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Ability to start immediately and contribute positively to the team
