Job Description:

As an Operator, candidates will work in a production environment where innovation. Following thorough training, they will be assigned a work area consisting of one to three machines. 

Responsibilities:

As an operator, candidates will be responsible for the implementation, application, compliance, and control of:

• Technical activities (e.g., converting, adjusting, solving minor faults, and supporting the technical service during maintenance)
• Continuous supply/input of materials to keep the machine running
• Basic conditions (control of critical machine parameters)
• Quality control (start-up control, coding control, and other interim quality reports)
• Hygiene and safety principles

Note that the salary for this role is €15.73 per hour. The work is in two shifts, from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00. Candidates will receive a 5% shift allowance for the morning shift and 15% for evening shifts, and an additional 10.5% holiday allowance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a production operator role;
• Speaking Dutch and/or English
• Sense of responsibility
• The prepared to follow a course
• Having a hands-on mentality and the preparedness to provide maximum support to the team on the work floor
