As a Fitter/Welder, you will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of industrial machines and structures. You will be working both in the workshop and occasionally in the field, ensuring high-quality fabrication and functionality of complex equipment. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assembling machine parts (e.g. sheet metal, machined, sawn, or laser-cut components)
• Welding structural components (2–50 mm thick) using MIG/MAG and electrode techniques
• Modifying, adapting, and repairing recycling machines, debris crushers, and earth-moving equipment
• Performing emergency repairs and overhauls when needed
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and revisions
• Applying various techniques: plasma cutting, oxyfuel cutting, gouging, etc.
• Independently machining and customizing machine parts

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with MIG/MAG and electrode welding (at least 2 years)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and sketches
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and open to a variety of tasks and environments
• Eager to learn and hands-on approach to work
