Job Description:

HKS is seeking a motivated operators to join their automated metal processing and sorting center. As an Operator, they will be crucial in ensuring the optimal functioning of our high-tech installations and managing the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining sorting installations.
• Monitoring material and process quality.
• Managing a small team (depending on the production line).
• Operating a forklift to move materials and products.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work floor.
• Supporting colleagues as needed.
• Prioritizing safety, environmental protection, and quality.
• Setting up the sorting installation(s).
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting minor issues.
• Monitoring and reporting technical failures or deviations.
• Coordinating team members.
• Actively contributing to process and workplace improvements.

Note that the salary is  €15.61 per hour with shift allowances (117.9% + €0.80, ATV + SAO Allowance: €0.49), and adequate traiing before starting. 

Work Environment:

• Outside workplace.
• Dirty/dusty environment.
• Heavy work.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Operator in a production environment.
• English language proficiency (B1-B2 level); Polish is a plus.
• Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to perform operational tasks.
• Vapro qualification is a plus.

Details:

• Work Schedule: 2-shift system, 40 hours per week
• Salary: €15.61 per hour
• Allowance: 117.9% + €0.80
• ATV + SAO Allowance: €0.49
• Net Income: Approximately €550 per week
• Equipment: HKS provides personal protection equipment (gloves, earplugs, helmet, and glasses). N2People provides jackets and pants (deposit of €51.50 x 2).
• Additional Costs: €25 for shoes.
• Travel: Car or bicycle travel allowance up to 40km.
